My Sister’s Closet

My Sister’s Closet is a program offered by the Sudbury Women’s Centre (SWC) that provides women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals who may be experiencing violence or other challenging life circumstances with clothing and accessories at no cost.

As a community-based initiative, My Sister’s Closet also operates as a social enterprise, providing essential clothing support to SWC clients while also generating funding to sustain and enhance additional client services and supports offered by the Centre.

During our operating hours, the community is welcome to visit My Sister’s Closet to browse a wide range of women’s clothing and accessories – no appointment necessary. Items are affordably priced, with many starting as low as $1, ensuring accessibility for individuals and families across the community. For convenience, debit, credit, and cash* payments are accepted.

We strive to create a boutique-like experience where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and supported. Our compassionate and welcoming staff are here to help, whether you’re shopping for yourself or seeking additional support.
